Vegetarian Chili on Whole Wheat Spaghetti, to be garnished with chopped spring onion, cheddar, sour cream and guacamole.

I've switched to Boca soy crumbles because Morningstar uses genetically modified soy beans. It is still a perfect harmony between salt, acidic, sweet and bitter, this here chili, with just enough spice. We'll see if Mr. M notices the difference.

Today brought some relief about the neighbor's dark and sickening vortex. I have escaped and the only thing about it that truly concerned me; the potential animal neglect, has been resolved satisfactorily.
