In the pink

I just had the happiest day. Met up with a friend to mooch around a bookstore in Buxton. The day continued with a 2 hour walk around Nine Ladies where we saw a sea of pink flowers against a backdrop of the Peak District, then dinner at a good country pub.

There is nothing quite like the company of someone who loves all the same things as you. Somehow, it doubles the pleasure.

I will remember this day as one of the best.
