Zombie

I feel a bit like a zombie this evening, it's too hot and I need to sleep but I find sleep challenging when I'm hot.

Today was a swimming day, tomorrow is a run day.

Being fat doesn't automatically mean I am lazy and unfit, it's time we challenged that perception.
