the funfair's in town

First - thanks to everyone for the great response to yesterday's image, and for putting it on the spotlight page!

It was an elemental night, thunder and lightning and monumental rain, but the day cleared to muggy brightness.
We went to Bantry for a wander round the market, then drove out to Future Forests to look for some trees. We found a stunning purple leaved flowering cherry and an orange-berried rowan.
Then we stopped off at Organico for lunch on the way home.

We placed the trees and himself planted them while I had coffee with a visiting friend. Then I zipped off to Clonakilty to pick up the print samples from the printers. They look well and the decision is to go ahead with the first print run and see how it goes. Very exciting.
