Pears! My Own!

Our pear tree has generously gifted us with a sizable crop which I hope to turn, at least in part, into pickled pears (gruszki w occie). A traditional Polish condiment made in the summer and fall, gruszki w occie are typically enjoyed during winter months alongside the heavy meat stews and roasts. Stay put!
