Norman

Rachel (blipped on 19 March) can no longer make Corn Dollies and her husband Norman asked if the WI would like her collection of corn and other bits and pieces connected with the craft. She used to grown her own corn which was an older variety that grew higher and was more supple (modern strains are shorter and tougher to resist wind and rain damage).
I enquired at Somerset Federation HQ in Taunton and yes they were interested. I took AD with me this afternoon to collect everything only to be told that Norman would bring the case up later as when he opened it up - there were two mice running around!
So here is Norman with not a suitcase but a trunk!
