Helicopter

Helicopters up mountains are a bad sign. It means someones done something bad enough that even the ambo ride is going to make it worse. So your thought process goes something like this:

Oh a helicopter! Cool!
Oh the helicopter is heading this way...
Oh damn it's landing I hope no ones too hurt *Guilt about initial helicopter happiness*
