The Butler has gone mainlanding, to cut the grass in the Neglected Garden and collect three weeks' mail!

I'm told the weather will break this afternoon, but it was still lovely as I drove back from the ferry terminal, stopping to blip Lamlash pier, and is so glorious just now that I may be tempted to stay out of doors ,gardening or reading, until the first raindrops.
