It has been a bit cloudy in the mornings this week, which makes for some lovely skies. And you know how I like skies.

Today was a difficult fasting day. Some are easy and some not so. But I stuck to it and my not-so-bad coq-au-vin tasted all the better for it.

Let's hope the morning brings some good news. I've been stuck on the 86 kg barrier for three weeks now.
