The glamour of Air Travel

I think this picture sums up the travelling-by-air experience these days.

What with the permanently too warm conditions, the stale recycled air, the uncomfortable seating, the ridiculously priced food and drink, the rudeness of security staff, the feeling of being just part of the herd, the interminable waiting and waiting and queuing and jostling and noise, the whole thing has become a dreadful bore.

Let's face it - you're not there because you want to be THERE - you're there because you want to be somewhere completely different!
