Distant Mountains

Set off to go walking this morning in a horrendous frost but by the time we got down towards park knew it was stupid to go any further. There had been a shower of rain and it had frozen over it was black ice everywhere. I sure don't need a broken leg was glad to get safely back home walking on the grass verges.
Painting finished and looking good but have to wait for a couple of days for it to really dry before shifting everything back in.
Finished most of the reports I had to peruse and vote on and did not end up being as hard as I thought. Rang the secretary in Wellington and she was very helpful in telling me how to go about it. It has been a steep learning curve but will know for next time.
