All the bathroom is finished and working not without incident, I couldn't turn the cold tap off no matter what I did, I took it to pieces and found that there was a ring of plastic that had broken, I took the component back to the Bath shop and went ballistic at the bloke again, he must have known it was broken before he gave it me, I was not amused.
