My good friend Phil is impossible to pin down! He's always so busy with work or his role in the TA it's a full scale operation to try and find time to meet up for a catch up!

Tonight he could spare me 2hrs - how kind!

Food, a good natter, a moan at our current living and work situations and then a quick peak at a TA packing check list led to a fun evening! Phil was heading away for 2 weeks for a training exercise and their check list was so precise, even down to the number of pairs of socks they were allowed to bring!

I was rather taken with the specialised sunglasses they got to wear, but I don't think Phil will be starting any new fashion trends with the regulation sun hat they were provided with! haha!

Safe trip and hurry back!! :)
