Queens relay baton and a world record

This morning saw 2 of my friends have the privilege of carrying the queens baton in kilbarchan and this afternoon, well 9hrs 20mins 7secs Later another 4 of my friends set the new world record for the quickest time to swim the full length of Loch Lomond as a relay team. I'm just half I know and am friends with such inspiring people.
