Long day today, was at work for 7.15....far too early!

Felt stiff all day after yesterday's pt session, got home to horrendous traffic so decided to run to circuits and back (in the hope of loosening my legs!) then remembered I'd promised to run with my mate, so did a third run, I ended up running 4.3miles in total! Think I may have killed rather than cured :/

Wonder if I be able to move tomorrow!
