Who's watching who?

Seen at the Mull of Galloway - there were two of them but I didn't get a good one of them together. A man told me they were mother and child, she was barking to warn her offspring - a sound I've never heard before. It was lovely watching them watching me! I disturbed another on the road on the way home!
