Hot journey

Today:

Got lots done today at work... feel a bit calmer than i did yesterday.

It took 2:45 to get home today... normally the drive is around 1:30. The dash telling me the temperature was 31 was not really needed, i could actually tell it was hot!

Training:

Rower when i woke up at 05:00
Weight training this evening
Another rowing session tonight

Still being good with the food and not been on the bike yet.
