These two goldfinches were sitting on the fence just in front of the window. There are a few young ones still and I like the way they flutter their wings to get attention from the parents.

It's been a super day. Sunny all day and although hot in the sun it was cool in the shade.

A bit more dead heading and cutting back and I will pop out to give the garden a good water before the Final of Celebrity Master chef.
