Boris is outside (well he is a heatseeking missile) and covered in the silver birch seeds which have today started shedding. Luckily there is quite a reasonable breeze. I have spent the afternoon inside cooking ratatouille (the meal, not the rat) and generally trying to stay cool. This is where having a damp old stone farmhouse comes in handy!

Hope you have survived the heat! (and yes you! in the middle east, I know 34 is not really hot, but it is for us!)
