Clean 17

Yes, it’s that day again. Most of you will know that I always publish a “17” theme blip on the 17th of the month. Today I really had no clue about what to do, and a rather busy day ahead of me. I heading for work early, and on my way I stopped by the laundry to pick up some shirts and towels. The Portuguese owner made my day. Have a look at date (obvious), the price, and also the digit sum of the time. How like is this to happen?
