Kedgeree!

Kedgeree is one of my favourite meals, the aromatic spices, flaky haddock, lovely hard boiled eggs. It warms the soul after a hard days childcare and is a great meal for children as they seem to love it even if they won't usually touch fish. I am a big fan of 'one pot' dishes and this is one of the best, I always make more than I need so I can have some for brunch the next day.

Managed to get to the gym this morning after my indulgent weekend and ran 6k which I was very pleased about. No more cupcakes for me this week!
