Mind the Knife!

Sebastian cannot help himself! This was taken as he was bossing 'Pop' around and telling him exactly how to cut the meat and how he likes to eat it. Sebastian... doesn't eat meat. His choice. He doesn't like the texture or taste and we have never pushed.

Today Charlie took me out for a run. Now, I thought "sweet, a light jog". 4Km later + rain + mud + various exercises along the way = definitely NOT looking forward to tomorrow morning. I had my ass handed to me today.

Work tomorrow. Lets hope I can stand :P
