Went this morning to check on the pond near Robin Hood Gate in Richmond park and see if Egyptian geese were there, but they weren't :(
I hope they are ok and only relocated to another one of few ponds there.

I only found out as well that the pond was officially opened and named after Sir David Attenborough only recently (I believe they were setting up as I was driving past by at 9am, last Friday 11th). Apparently he lives somewhere near Richmond Park, very close in fact and can be seen walking there.

So no geese, but loads of skippers, I had a good look :P
