Is the date that the tax runs out on this car. I did not take this photo ( I would have been 16 months old then!), but I found it amongst a box of old Kodachrome slides that was given to me.
I recently acquired an old olympus slide copier that connects to a camera, and this is the first slide I copied with it. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the image, especially the colours.
So I will be photographing a lot of fascinating old slides in the near future, and any remarkable pics will be posted here.
By the way, I don't know who the people are in the photos, just that some have dates and locations pencilled on the boxes.
