This used to be a flour mill and was derelict until it was turned in to an art gallery. Daniel Buren, a French artist has an exhibition on currently and he has used coloured cells on the windows and mirrors to reflect the coloured light on to the walls inside. There is a restaurant right at the top with the most fabulous view of all the Tyne's bridges.
