Shadows

Day didn't start well when I found I'd left my purse at home (only realised when I got to the checkout after shopping for lunch and things for dinner!).
Lots of meetings and sorting of office, then met with a friend who's having a grim time at work-hope I helped her see a way through-then home and C over to help sew the baby blanket. She's also having a grim time ...other reasons. Deary me, such a lot of sadness. Set me thinking...
In between the showers there has been some bright sunshine...I liked the shadows it cast on my window shutters (and besides, didn't have time for anything else!)
