Another post school sleep!

Sad to be saying goodbye to great colleagues today. Life moves on but some good people are going. It's a shame sometimes that you have to move schools to progress. There should be some value in keeping good people. What's the answer? I'm not sure there is an easy one.

Packing my bag for 5 day course starting Saturday. Looking forward to it but sad to be missing legendary end of term social.
