Picnic dessert for Pori Jazz Festival

I prepared a picnic basket for us to take along to Pori Jazz Festival tomorrow: some smoked salmon and shrimp salad as the main course with smoked vendace as a starter - and this velvet strawberry cake in a box as a dessert.

The weather forecast promised that it will be a sunny day tomorrow with just a slight possibility of rain.

The artists that we will hear at Pori include Suzanne Vega and Bob Dylan, exciting!

Today I managed to mow the lawn at Tiilentie, so now we can forget it for a while... There was also another offer made for the house, so let's see if it will sell itself soon...
