River Cray

Spent many a day on this stretch of river as a child, up and down on our rafts that we made out of anything we could find.
Learnt to swim here, remember it quite clearly. I ran along the the riverbank and then veered off and jumped in, quickly learned to doggy paddle.
Used to skate on the river when it used to freeze over, but only in the place it was 2ft deep.
The big tree in the top right corner is where we had our rope swings and camp, spent quite a few nights there around the camp fire.
