Floral Delights.

It is always nice to get a lovely surprise, and I was thrilled with the bouquet of pink and white flowers Maria bought for me after a shopping trip with her college friends in Blackburn.
They came with flower food and a lot of loving kindness.
I have cut the stems slightly at a diagonal angle, as this helps the stems to take in water better.
I am blessed with a splendid daughter.
The other nice surprise was to discover my St. John's Wort was flowering after several days in bud.
It reminds me of my dome shaped fibre optic lamp and it is so bright on this rather mixed weather cloudy day.
I prefer this to unmerciful humidity and it has been sunny earlier on with a pleasant breeze.
