fashion (mis)statement

I cannot seem to grasp why anyone would wear their pants on their thighs. I have seen a lot of these and am tempted to fake a trip > fall next to them and "accidentally" hold on and pull their pants down. Oops sorry. I really don't get it.

No offense meant to this fashion genre as I wore some outlandish clothes in my teens 40 years ago. I do admire their "courage" in self expression but I still don't get it.

I must be getting old.
