Tempura Soba Soup.....

and Agedashi Tofu for lunch!!

Today was the big day and we were thrilled to be amongst he first customers to taste the delicious menu at "I dream of Sushi".

After years of dreaming, finally the big day had arrived. CCN's daughter-in-law opened her Sushi Cafe. We were quite emotional and very excited at the same time to be here to celebrate the realisation of her dream.

I could get quite used to this speciality and can't wait to hop into my Sushi rolls for dinner tonight. As you can see CCN is looking very happy after her wonderful Agedashi Tofu lunch.
