Shattered dreams

I'm currently sorting through mine and my ex-husbands belongings, trying to heal, move on, separate and start anew. Today I pulled my wedding dress out of the box it has been stored in for years. Still just as beautiful as the first time I laid eyes on it, this time however, the sight of it brings tears of sadness and not joy.
