Stormy

It was another stormy day today. As I am typing this, the thunder is rumbling and the sky has gotten dark. They just keep coming for the past few days. In between the storms, it is as if it was like pea soup outside it is so thick with moisture and heat. Supposedly, all this crazy weather is due to a cold front coming thru and the end of the week sounds promising

I took this photo at my sister’s house today. She has this big rustic barrel of impatients next to her shed and it looked so bright and pretty on this stormy day. I was there to do our weekly walk but the weather being so bad we decided to workout inside today. It was a good workout. My quivering muscles were proof of that! Afterwards we touched up our hair got rid of the gray and had a nice lunch.
I drove all the way home in pouring rain. Traffic was a nightmare. It feels good to be relaxing in my comfy chair and listening to the storm.
