Homeless Bear Almost Found A New Home

Biking back home on a Sunday night had already been one of my odder trips: had seen a grown man yelping while on his bike: he was transporting his cat on his shoulders and neck, and, despite realizing the folly of merely having a thin t-shirt for protection, was bravely, if noisily, soldiering on.

But that was topped by this fellow here, whom I met, rendered homeless along with someone's garbage bags and discarded mattresses. Tried sharing the bike with him, but it was big enough for only one of us. Had to leave him comfortably under a tree.

Hope he finds a good home, with kids (of any age, really) who'll give him a lot of hugs.
