Duckling Flotilla

Met a friend for coffee this morning. Walking back along the canal thought this one of the Upper Wharf would make a good blip and a change. However I’m afraid it was eclipsed by this super brood of 11 mallard ducklings and their so attentive parent. They were feeding on insects or crumbs on the towpath quite unafraid of the people walking by until dogs came into view when they took to the water.
