It's all Downhil

Not for me,of course, but for Auntie Ant. I'd never thought that I'd spent an entire hour or so stalking ants. My neighbours must think I'm lunatic, not without a reason.

As it happened, the 5-euros-fleamarket-found +8 close-up lens fits to the Nikon kit lens, too. If someone did not already know, I am a friend of close-ups. Those ants are fast moving creatures, quite hard to keep 'em in focus since the depth of field is so small, and light so low I had to use my lens fully open to get enough shutter speed.
