Swan

I was up early this morning as wee Monkey decided that she wasn't happy being stuck in her cage and woke everybody up at 0430 yelling for her freedom. She shut up again a few minutes later, probably when it sunk in that she was being ignored, but it was too lat, I was awake! I read for an hour or so as I didn't want her to get the idea that she can get attention by making a racket, then I just got up.

I left for work early which gave me time to stop off at Gunknowe Loch and see the birds. Donald the cygnet is growing but he wasn't close enough so this is just a random swan who came a bit nearer.

Four more sleeps till Monkey goes to her new home so it's all good!
