Laughter really does heal

I was invited by a friend to help with a laughter yoga class this morning. The participants were a group of orphans and vulnerable children; children who have suffered more in their young lives than most people can imagine. Many were clearly apprehensive when we started but very quickly got into the swing of things and at the end their faces had softened and their eyes sparkled. May all children know carefree laughter and be free from suffering.
