Blackbird and petunia

9 Days away and the birds are back to flying off as I approach. So I took a chair and sat for a time and eventually a few decided I was harmless.
Today was the start of garden attack, we have a long way to go but it was a start!
This morning was check up at the dentist and I have to go back which did not surprise as I have been having twinges of toothache for the last 3 weeks. However they are so busy I have to wait till Sept unless I get a cancellation. She did say if I was in agony to phone before 8am and they would see what they could do. The good thing is I have had no cake or biscuits etc so have lost weight.
