Wine time

Many years ago, I used to make country wine with my dad. I continued for a bit after I got married, then it sort of fell away. Now, after many years, I was motivated by the bumper raspberry crop of friends and relived them of the over-ripe ones to make some raspberry wine. Today I bottled it, in between wood-work jobs, and it will lie in a warm cupboard for six months or so to mature. I will report on the result!
