Farewell

Betty's family gave her the send off she would have loved - good stories of her life, tributes from 5 of her 7 children, my slideshow of photos with Elizabeth Marvelly - Don't Dream It's Over attached, and the casket walking out to Oh Pretty Woman.

We all then drove from Waihi Beach to Ngongotaha cemetary where Betty wanted to be buried having been brought up in the area. Dave's dad John ashes had been placed in her casket so they now rest together.
