Rowhedge

With my bestie Kim. We took our cup of tea and sat on a bench by the River Colne.
We discussed our tea shop that we always discuss but never have any money to do anything about, and put the world to rights as we do.
Sadly I learned Muz (Kim's stepfather) has just had his prostate removed (cancer) Sue (husband Marks sisters partner) has a huge tumour in her chest and is having aggressive chemo. Sue and Faye were planning to get married but they've been advised to bring it forward. Vicky (Kim's sister who lives in the states) has split up with her husband of circa 20 years and the kids are going off the rails.
It's a bloody nightmare!!
I'm off to Mersea soon to visit Angela who had her arm pinned and plated yesterday (if she has been released from hospital, they weren't sure) and I'm going to wheel Brian down to the sea to breathe and take in the sea air and sunshine.

On a good note I left my bag on Kim's kitchen table, back door open and it was so lovely knowing that it would still be there when we returned. Heaven.
