The local shop!

Now we don't exactly come from a big city ourselves but our holiday destination is really very rural. A wee walk along the road and we can buy fresh eggs from local hens, goats cheese made in their own wee dairy and some homemade cakes; all sold in little boxes like in the picture with an honesty box for the money!

There's also a tame calf wandering the roadside and a very friendly retriever lying in the middle of the road waiting for tummy rubs!
