Canteloupe and Cucumber Still Life

I like to take close-up photos of everyday things and turn
them into a composition.

I grew this cucumber but the canteloupe I purchased at a market.
Driving home from the market, the scent of the canteloupe filled
the car. I thought I had a taste "winner". Upon arriving home I cut it
up only to find a ordinary taste of a fruit picked too soon.
What a disappointment.

The cucumber was more tasty and the canteloupe was more "show."
Sigh!
