Frozen
We went for a walk in the woods today. I am always intrigued by these frozen chunks of ice that adhere to branches. Looking closely, you can see all kinds of interesting frozen patterns.
The other thing about these kinds of shots is that the background matters. I used a small aperture and so it is blurred, but you still see general colors. In order to get the desired mostly blue background, I had to squat down and shoot upward. This is not obvious from the shot, but IMO, it made a big difference between this and the other versions.
