When we signed up to nct classes a couple of years ago all we expected to gain was insight on how to bring our baby in to the world. We could never have expect what we got as well.
With six random couple put together in a room for a weekend with the only thing they have in common is that they are all expecting babies at roughly the same time you would never expect lasting friendships. We did have more then our fair share if crazies in our group but there were two couple who we really clicked with.
Over the past two years we have been able to watch our beautiful baby boys grow in to charming, clever, handsome little boys who, although they don't see each other as much as we would like seem to know they share a special bond.
Even though lots has changed in the past couple of years; new babies, new houses, new countries, it is lovely knowing we have these special people who will be there day or night.
Days like today make you full of happiness and a simple BBQ in the garden with amazing friends is all you need.
