Going underground
When you're on holiday in Wales and you're in a tent/campervan and it rains and you have a child to entertain, the best thing to do is find a hole in the ground, apparently.
With all those conditions satisfied, we went to King Arthur's Labyrinth, part of the trip involves an underground boat ride. Chilly, drippy and very atmospheric. Those in our group wearing glasses got all fogged up when we emerged blinking into the drizzle.
Then a short walk to bag a couple of geocaches and a domino-filled visit to a pub, and back to the campsite.
I believe that welsh caves are purely designed to make you think it's a lot warmer above ground than it really is...
