Who stole the flowers?

Drive over to Methley graveyard this afternoon ... This is Gt Grandma & Gt granddad to hubby! The artificial roses we placed here on father's day have been stolen! Who would take flowers from a grave and leave the photograph of 3 generations on the ground???
