Kieran with Surf the turtle

I had a lovely lay in today until 9.30, and I was very leisurely getting ready since the fun day started at 12am. Then at around 10:30, mum got a phone call from Chrissy saying 'when are you coming to the fun day?'. Turns out the fun day actually started a 10am and we were half a hour late! So I chucked on some clothes and ran to the car.

Finally arriving at 11am at church! Thankfully Sian was doing my stall while I was there which was lovely of her! :)

Sat at the stall for an hour or so, thankfully I was in the shade. I was chatting to Naomi and Ruth for a bit. Then we walked around, to see all the stalls. The garden out the back of 153b had all these animals (mainly reptiles). So I put a snake on my head! So it was sliding around the glasses (snake monobrow alert!) and around my neck! It was really ticklish! Ryan was really good with the snakes and Katie held a tantula, but I didn't really want to! :D (and I also had a burger with plastic cheese!!! Yum! :) )

I walked around to the front (where my stall was) and I saw a little boy crying with an ice pack on his head. Later learnt that he had fallen out of here bouncy castle sideways onto the concrete! So that wasn't so good, since he didnt come from the church! :O

After some discussion with Chrissy, the turtle was randomly picked by Larna. And it was picked for someone who didn't go to church thankfully.

I'm trying to think of anything exciting that happened...I played with Ruth, Naomi, Larna and a few others on the bouncy castle. Which was very fun. We had to slide down the bouncy castle slide shouting a diff fruit or veg!

And Sophia was so good at face painting, she pretty much face painted constantly for 3 hours! :) it was very impressive! She did an avator on on girls face, it was soo good! :)
I also painted a lion mask, which was on Katie's stall, and chatted (surprise surprise!)

When it finished I helped pack up the tables and helped dry up with Dan and Ryan. Which was very enjoyable! :)

Went home. I was quite tired by this time. I watched an interesting programme about the brain! Don't you think it's amazing how we can think and feel due to electrical impulses in our neurons!

Overall a very fun day.
